Checking and ensuring all staff do their job properly and follow the schedule, to take action on disciplinary or misconduct issues, to cook buffet and ala carte, to attend the briefing or any necessary food problem, ensure the quality of product arrive, alacarte and buffet, to do duty roster, to purchase an item, ensure the daily operation went smoothly and giving training in the job or in class, to plan ahead of any event, ensure the daily and monthly report or admin works to be ready on time.

Ensure all kitchen staff  working or on duty in appropriate manners, Ensure all staff  followed FSMS, Ensure the quality of product, To managed the team and operation to 5 star standard.
