Description:

Job Description • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases • Conducting a thorough data analysis of clients' information and storage systems. • Creating or implementing a digital conversion program in line with the client's needs. • Installing and maintaining data collation software. • Verifying and extracting data from hardcopy and other digital sources. • Importing and transferring data to a secure central database. • Performing regular data integrity and quality audits. • Creating and submitting data collation reports. • Troubleshooting information storage issues. • Training staff on data storage and retrieval processes. • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities • Documenting existing processes and suggesting process improvements. • Automating new and existing migration paths. • Improving migration speeds. • Acting as an internal product owner for migrations, interfacing with the sales, marketing, and operations departments. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in information management, data analytics, computer science, or a similar field. • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst • 1+ year’s experience as a data specialist. • Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats. • In-depth knowledge of data retrieval and storage systems. • Ability to work independently on projects. • Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals. • Excellent communication and report-writing skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • With prior experience to ERP • Experience with end-user training and support. • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
