Project Cum Design Engineer

Job Description
-Provide hands-on after sales field service support for industrial automation, fabrication and design.

-Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

-Execute project, manage project schedule, monitor & control of project technical issues, resources arrangement, etc.

-Supervise the engineering works and coordinate with the client's representatives, consultants and suppliers on technical matters

-Ensure timely and smooth progress of work

-Carry out inspection when required to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulation are complied

-Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion.

-Moderate travel and interact with people: various levels in organization of different customers and suppliers.

General Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.

-Minimum of 1 year working experience in related industry.

-Knowledgeable in all general mechanical/electrical areas such as pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, machining and production planning. Hands-on skill and experience is an advantage.

-Knowledgeable in technical drawing and electrical diagram.

-Proficient skill in CAD Software; Autocad and Solidworks.

-Able to work independently and deliver quality work.

-Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment

-Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

-Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint

-Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu

-Possess own transport and willing to travel across region.
