● Application Backup
● Patch deployment
● Post Deployment validation Prod Application Support Activities
● Investigation of errors encountered
● Investigate all other application issues
● Data Extraction
● Report Generation
● Rerun Process model
● Retrigger Application
● Executing Scripts Platform Support
● Monitoring Server Utilization
● Clean up process models or delete old error process models
