Roles and Responsibilities:
· Perform application development based on customer requirements using Via Appia’s authorized development platforms
· Complete all required documentation as part of the development activities, including status reports, technical/functional specifications, expense reporting, technical documentation, etc.
· Maintain communications with internal and external project teams, as defined within the engagement/project
· Analyze and interpret functional requirements and be able to translate them into effective technical documents.
· Assist in internal code review initiatives
· Work with the sales/pre-sales team when necessary to support the estimates of the technical services for new or existing accounts
· Assist customers with the identification and resolution of application development-related issues.
Qualifications:
· Experience or formal training with a development language or tool such as Java, JavaScript
· Demonstrated overall breadth and variety of technology expertise
· Working knowledge of relational databases and web-related technologies
· Excellent time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
· Requires working knowledge of technology including but not limited to, development tools, databases, operating systems, programming languages.
· Requires a strong desire to learn the technical infrastructure, development environments, third party products used to support the applications
