Data Entry Clerk - Onboarding

Job Description:

• Provide support to Onboarding Team administrative operations
• Create reports on a regular basis
• Support continuous improvement efforts with regard to operational effectiveness
• Update system tools and databases in a timely manner
• Adhere to time schedules and work plans required by other tasks assigned such as Evacuation Marshall, Asset Custodian and others.
• Ensure timely completion of required training
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting the pre and post (day 1 and 2) hiring requirements of new hires.

Qualification:

• Sourcing Associates will be mainly assigned as Recruitment Receptionists or attend recruitment events. They may also be assigned to do phone screening and conducting invites for potential candidates, accomplishing end of day and recruitment event reports and tracking of candidates’ application status.
• Preferably a graduate of Human Resource or Psychology or any related courses
• Preferably fresh graduates (0 to 3 months experience)
• Good communication skills Knowledgeable in MS Office programs.
