HR MANAGER

Looking for better job opportunity? We are looking for Human Resource Manger who has experience in HR preferably from manufacturing industry such as plastic components, metal pipes supplies, etc

REQUIREMENTS: (HR Manager - Plastic Components)
- Degree or Diploma in HR Management or equivalent 
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field, preferably in manufacturing industry 
- Full knowledge on hiring foreign workers and expatriate 
- Labour Law & Industrial Relations knowledge & skills 
- Good communication & management skills 
- Able to complete task within given dead line 
- Expected salary: RM 8,000 to RM 12,000 
- Age: 30 to 45 Chinese Male candidates are welcome to apply 
- Must be able to work in Cheras, Selangor 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Responsible for training, HR planning with related department 
- General administration of the factory 
- Responsible for training implementation & development 
- Responsible for staff welfare & compensation development 
- Responsible for workers’ hostel related issues 
- Responsible for accuracy of the salary calculation 
- Responsible for updating & recommending of HR policy, HR handbook & ISO documentation & development 
- Responsible for employee relations & its effectiveness 
- Responsible for IT maintenance & development
