Job Description

The Food Court Executive is responsible to supervise all operational aspects of the food court, including the following tasks but not limited to:

  • Ensure the Food Court is always clean, safe and conducive for business
  • Comply with licensing, hygiene, health, safety, pest management and other authorities’ legislations/requirements/best practices
  • Keep track of stalls’ equipment, utensils, cutleries, cleaning chemicals etc. and ensuring the items are in proper working conditions and adequately stocked
  • Work closely with colleagues to address any facilities / building management issues
  • Engage and liaise with contractors, vendors and suppliers
  • Communicate with tenants and customers to receive complaints, feedbacks and suggestions for improvements
  • Provide support to other Operations teams as and when needed


  • Minimum Diploma qualification with 2 years of working experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
