Recruitment & Administrative Executive (HR Team – immediate starter preferred)

Job Purpose:
To provide general recruitment and administrative support to the sales team and able to assist in the process of recruiting of sales personnel.
To grow the sales team as per company’s target.
Job Responsibilities
Main role:
- Involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target)
- Writing of job advertisements, calling of candidates and attending at front desk
- Administration includes filing, scanning, emails and data-entry of sales report & etc…
- Closing of weekly sales report with zero mistake
- To meet monthly recruitment target as set by the management
- Doing up weekly & monthly reports as required by the management
- Attend ad-hoc tasks as required by the Directors and managers
Secondary role:
- Upkeep of office location (teamwork with peers)
- Attend team-night activities
Job requirement
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words and PP)
- High sense of urgency
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, neat, clean & tidy
- Ability to speak and write good English; Bilingual
- Immediate starter preferred
- A great SMILE with a fun personality
Must have / be:
- Valid international passport (travel trips provided for outstanding performance)
- Malaysian citizen only
