Job Responsibilities:

•        Reviewing assigned accounts and monitoring status of accounts of clients.
•       Analyze customer credit informations, transaction history and customer profiles.
•        Review orders on hold and release after approval receipt 
•        Making follow up calls and emails to clients with outstanding payments or amounts of  orders on hold under their account
•        Prepare  letters and account statements as per the defined collections strategy
