Job Description:

  • Assist in the training process
  • Ensuring that every agent is well prepared for their calls
  • Support agents after training by monitoring their progress, ensuring that they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with ongoing coaching opportunities and inspiration
  • Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies
  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficient in English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs


  • Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
  • Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
  • Connectivity:  Minimum of 10 Mbps
  • Software:   Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
