Operations Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor (West)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities include assigning task for packers, managing a team of packers & also help out in picking and packing quality & fresh vegetables & fruits
• Ensure its’ team of packers meet the picking and packing requirements
• Check outgoing orders prior to releasing to deliver
• Work with logistics team on delivery schedule & route
• Ensure delivery drivers verify stock accuracy before going out for delivery
• Receiving and checking of stocks from Suppliers
• Manage stocktake & ensure inventory accuracy at all times
• Manage and rectify service recovery with Customer Service team for service recovery
• Conduct investigation for any stock discrepancy, customer complaints
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work station and warehouse
• Must comply with quality, safety, hygiene standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience required.                      
• Minimum Secondary School level.
• Experience with performing repetitive tasks and hands-on
• Physically fit, able to handle heavy goods
• Able to withstand cold in the freezer room. (Only Specific Personnel)
• With WSQ Certificate and able to operate stacker or forklift would be an additional advantage.

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Night Shift: 8.00pm to 5.00am
