Job Over view
• Coordination within departments in line with post sales status and follow ups.
• Gathering and collecting data for each department’s requirement.
• Keeping the managers up to date on the status and pending delivarables.
Responsible Monitoring task(s) such as:
• Closed accounts.
• New accounts from initial process of schedule installation/delivery, on-going projects and old accounts that has pending installation.
• Sales process effectively.
• From prospecting - qualifying - assessment – sales pitch – negotiation – closing and follow-ups for referrals
• Implement, set and track KPI targets & goals of sales operatives from time to time.
• Focusing on desired metrics, identifying both lagging & leading performances
• Performance monitoring of Account Managers
• Coordination with different departments for Account Managers concerns related to;
• Accounts schedule, projects issue and concern related to sales process
• Informations needed by other department in line with sales data, process, etc..
• Analyze the gathered data by sales operatives thru their KPI.
• Monitoring the progress towards achieving desired results
• Comparing the degree of performance changes from time to time
• Evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of sales operatives, products, or campaigns.
• Submit regular Sales Report, Commission Report, KPI progress to Senior Manager.
• Hire, train and mentor subordinates if necessary.
