1)Minimum SRP/PMR Qualification.
2)1-2 year (s) work experience in hotel operations (Rooms).
3)Good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills.
4)Willing to work shift, weekend & public holiday.
1)Changing towel, making beds and cleaning bathroom
2)Replenish room amenities (Soap,shampoo and mineral water)
3)Ensure all the assign room are clean and tidy by the end of shift
4)Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
5)Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
