Human Resources Supervisor

The HR Supervisor will supervise end to end process of  HR areas such as but not limited to Compensation & Benefits Management Timekeeping/Payroll, Performance Management and Labor Relations

• Handles timekeeping related activities 
• Review and check all reports generated from timekeeping system
• Check payroll files and reports 
• Monitors IVR and AIR for store incidents 
• Monitors end to end process of employee benefits 
• Process SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig concerns/benefits of employees 
• Oversees wage order processing/implementation 
• Monitors incentive tagging/processing 
• Coordinates with agency for any timekeeping/payroll concerns 
• Monitors agency billing concerns
