CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (customer enquiries and follow up)
• Coordinate with internal departments on daily process and to back up CS department’s colleagues, as well as other departments within the Group’s entities to ensure on-time delivery of others.
• To provide excellent Customer Service support to customers.
• Attending to customer's bookings & enquiries.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and ensuring proper action has been taken.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer's satisfaction.
• Handle any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superior.
• To provide a vital link to customer through quality assured and timely customer services.
•  Handle inbound and outbound calls (customer booking and follow up on timely basis)
• Coordinate with internal departments on daily process and to back up CS department’s colleagues, as well as other departments within the Group’s entities to ensure on-time delivery of others.
• To provide excellent support to customers prior to booking.
• Attending to customer's bookings/enquiries timely.
• Ability to handle customer complaints prior to booking and ensuring proper action has been taken.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer's satisfaction.
• Handle any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Min SPM and above
• Min 1years experience
• Experience in Customer Service
• Added advantage if from forwarding industry
• preferred women candidate
• advantage if can speak mandarin
