This key position is within the e-Learning Sales unit. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to take on end-to-end sales responsibilities ranging from scouting for Leads, validating potential Opportunities, making appointments, conducting Product presentations Online and/or at Client Locations to close sales. The Sales Associate should be capable of confidently and comfortably communicating with potential/new clients to present our Software Solution in fluent English.
1. Sound understanding of the principles of Sales 2. Proficient in spoken and written forms of English and conversant in Tagalog 3. Strong communication skills 4. Willingness to learn new methodologies and software. 5. Working knowledge of Office Automation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Excellent time management skills. 7. High aptitude for Market Needs Analysis. 8. Hardworking, meticulous, coachable and willing to be trained. 9. Responsible, dynamic and flexible with requirements and work-hours. 10. Commitment to the company’s vision and mission. 11. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards. D. Preferred Competencies 1. Proven track record in achieving sales targets 2. Experience with CRM tools like SalesForce/HubSpot 3. Experience in Training with Presentation and Facilitation skills. 4. Experience working in customer service roles. 5. Call center experience in Out-bound sales.
