Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be assigned to Curogram's Delivery Driver Dispatching LOB. They will communicate directly with customers and delivery drivers, in order to provide accurate information and ensure the timely delivery of packages and services to customers.

Qualifications:

Tech-savvy
Proficient in Excel
Excellent verbal and written English
At least a high school graduate with at least 6 months - 1 year BPO experience
