· Be the focal point of contact between clients and service provider.
· Responsible to build good rapport in retaining existing accounts (retainer and ad-hoc) as well as potentials by providing good services and solutions to clients
· To follow up sales enquiries and prospects, prepare sales quotations & proposals and responses to clients’ requests, RFQ and RFP promptly
· Responsible in delivering presentation – product training or pitching through face to face meetings
· Set targets for business growth and follow-up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
· Consistently maintain client’s renewal subscription and achieve renewal and yearly sales target.
· To coordinate with subordinate on all sales order to be completed and matched with invoices and deliver services to clients.
· To produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting to clients
· To produce monthly sales & target reports to management.
· To oversee & manage the overall day-to day activities to ensure continuous achievement of company goals & objectives
· Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/Statistic or equivalent
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and visualization
· Possesses positive attitude, analytical skills and proactive.
· Must able to work under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines
