- Welcome and serve walk in customers who want to send or self-collect parcels, documents or packages.
- Ensure all parcels accepted from customers are according SOP and our guidelines (eg, No prohibited items)
- Ensure customers sending details are accurately in the system, and always double check or double confirm with customer to avoid mistake.
- Manage monetary transactions with integrity
- Checking of orders, airway bills, drop off in the system daily.
- Assist or guide customer on the scan code procedure.
- Manage, arrange, and store every parcels properly.
- Supervised all parcels, ensure every package that arrives or depart at the branch is in good condition.
- Assist customer to pack /wrap their items with bubble wrap whenever customer is require the service
- Assist to manage and print out the daily sales report.
- Ensure store is in tidy & clean condition all the time
- Make sure all customers are follow covid-19 SOP, mask on all the time, scan MySejahtera, scan temperature and maintain social distancing all the time.
- Ad-hoc task as per instructed by superior or boss.
