Assists in the initiatives within the company by creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate clients. Develops the overall layout and production of all requested media materials. Manages all digital marketing activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. Conduct various methods in design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic. Writes a clear and concise copy for digital marketing, social media and online platforms, and company website.


4.1. Creates media materials and submits several options to the requesting department within SLA.
4.2. Coordinates with the requesting Department for suggestions/clarifications of the request.
4.3. Produces requested materials on or before the agreed deadline.
4.4. Distributes materials in all online platforms within the agreed schedule.
4.5. Designs & Updates the PowerPoint presentation used for roadshows and orientations.
4.6. Conceives, develops and produces effective advertising campaigns - whether they are intended
to sell or inform to generate traffic, turn them into leads and convert those leads into sales.
4.7. Updates and amends campaigns according to feedback.
4.8. Stays-up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO best practices, content marketing
and digital marketing.
4.9. Ensure continues process improvement using analytics data.
4.10. Manages campaign budget expenses and redirects resources if necessary.

4.11. Creates catchy, original, clear, grammatically correct and credible outline and unique content to
grab viewer’s attention. Place them properly throughout the website, Facebook page, digital
campaigns and remove outdated ones.
4.12. Ensures original concepts to get effective and compelling communication result.
4.13. Studies different language styles that appeal specific/various target markets.
4.14. Develops and maintains a clear and consistent brand voice.
4.15. Quickly and efficiently interprets copywriting briefs and comprehends small- or large-scale
4.16. Determine what makes ENZ appealing to potential clients.
4.17. Religiously responds to messages in all social media accounts and queries from newsletters.
4.18. Educates the team of the do's and don'ts of company social media accounts' usage.
4.19. Manages and sends out newsletter and sms blast.
4.20. Acts as onsite and/or remote helpdesk for IT related issues.
4.21. Performs other tasks from time to time.
