Description:

An entry level for human resource; a person in charge with handling client concerns, inquiries and disputes; communicate and transfer such inquiries, concerns and disputes to the concerned division or person; does cross-selling of the services offered by the company; receives and consolidate performance appraisals; monitor social media accounts and answers basic inquiries; and works closely with the marketing and communications division.

 

4.1 Interact directly with clients to listen concerns, resolve problems and recommend product
or services according to the needs of each individual
4.2 Answer incoming calls from clients with concerns in efficient manner
4.3 Identify customer questions, concerns and overall needs
4.4 Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
4.5 Address client complaints in a compassionate and patient manner
4.6 Redirect to clients to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
4.7 Help marketing team generate leads, identify potential leads and forward to marketing
representative
4.8 Develop professional relationships with ongoing clients through excellent customer service
4.9 Follow-up marketing department on complaint and/or question resolution status
4.10 Collaborate with marketing department to ensure overall client and service satisfaction
4.11 Follow company communication, procedures, policies and guidelines at all times
4.12 Enters client record on the database and maintains it
4.13 Perform other tasks all the time
