  1. Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  2. Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
  3. Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  4. Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  5. Answers questions from clients about product, service and treatments.
  6. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  7. Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
  8. Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  9. Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
  10. Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company’s marketing and sales teams
  11. Assigns specific employees to marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed
  12. Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
  13. Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
  14. Preparing and hosting online meetings, taking minutes of each meetings and at annual general meetings.
  15. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  16. Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  17. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  18. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  19. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  20. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  21. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  22. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
