Baker

The BAKER is primarily responsible for the following:                                                                                                                                                                            

1. Use their understanding of ingredients and food preparation to create baked goods.
2. Measure and mix raw ingredients.
3. Bake and prepare food items.
4. Ensure that all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.
5. Interested in developing new food products
6. Perform other relevant tasks which maybe assigned from time to time

To be successful, he should possess the following:

1.        Good experience in baking cakes and pastries.
2.        Wide knowledge of hand craft baking techniques.
3.        Sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
4.        Skilled in using ovens, slicer and other baking equipment.
5.        Highly organize
6.        Attentive to Details
7.        Curios and Creative
8.        Patient and Dedicated
9.       Team player
10. Willing to be assigned in Lagro Quezon City
