Job Description

~ Provide the best solution for clients on Mortgage Loan and Financial services

~ Analyse client’s loan documents and calculate Debt Service Ratio (DSR)

~ Develop base for long-term sources of clients by using Referrals

~ Giving Value-Added services to maintain closed relationship with Clients

~ Assist clients to improve their financial through Re-financing and Debt Consolidation

Job Requirement

~ Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Marketing/Banking or equivalent.

~ Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

~ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in ANY industry

~ Required skill(s): Self independent, Presentation skill, Selling skill and Team work

~ Energetic, Enthusiastic and Disciplined

~ Possess own transport
