Planning Executive

Our Client is the world’s largest manufacturers of advanced latex threads with international offices around the globe. The nature latex is the main raw material for producing the rubber thread. The products include EX (powder less) silicone-coated threads, food grade threads, heat resistant thread in powder less form, a super soft thread for the medical industry, a weather resistant thread for the sock trade, talc-coated (RX) threads, high Modulus (HM) threads, and baby diaper grade threads. The company was incorporated in 1985 with its HQ based in Kuala Lumpur and the factory located in Bentong, Pahang.

Job Description:

• Plan production schedule and prioritize operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Schedule shift and plan overtime according to production needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time efficiently
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption during production.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Collaborate with other department such as sales, material planning, QA, store & delivery to meet customer datelines.

Job Requirements                                                                                                                            

• Candidate must have at least have background in Degree Administration, Business Management, finance/accounting /marketing field or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self Motivated, dynamic and able to handle and execute multiple tasks.
• Applicants must be willing to relocate and work in Bentong, Pahang which is around 40 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur)
