STORE HELPER

1. To handle goods receive all incoming materials.

2. To carry out weighing operations for incoming and outgoing vehicle to weighbridge

system for materials such as Rebars, Mesh, Cement, Aggregate, Sand.

3. Timely report of any anomalies during inspection at weighbridge operations.

4. Maintain store by making sure at the end of the day all materials, consumable items,

parts, cast in items are properly and neatly stored.

5. To maintain and review the minimum stock levels to zero ‘stock out’ issue on all

materials, diesel, consumable items, parts, cast in items.

6. To maintain the racks and store environment for easy access/safe and value

preservation.

7. Ensure the accuracy of stocks in the system vs physical.

8. Ensure all movement of incoming and outgoing inventory are recorded in a proper

manner, including documentation filling and data entry into Konverge system for all

the store related.

9. To verify and tag items receive incoming material from suppliers.

10. Conduct Weekly and Monthly inventory count and investigate/report and discrepancy

to management and to eliminate stock variance.

11. To maintain and update records for items received and consumption.

12. To control unauthorized person from entering the store.

13. Ensure the stores are secure from thefts and abuses.

14. Report to Procurement Department.

15. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

16. Issue materials to subcon and update the issued materials in the Konverge System

17. Weekly stock date of items in the store
