Marketing Assistant

Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or its equivalent • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field • Creative and pro-active • Proficient computer skills (MS Office) • Must have good organizational, team-working and communication skills • Knowledgeable in sales forecasting, budget planning and trade marketing • Must live around San Juan City, Mandaluyong City and/or not more than 7-10KM from our office for easy commute while reporting to work. Job Descriptions: • Works under the direction of his/her superior to help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives • Preparing proposal letters for clients as well as giving updates to existing and prospectives through mass-mailing • Assist in producing, editing, assembling, printing and filing of qualifications, proposals and presentations • Places calls, emails or visits clients as needed to provide marketing materials, direct sales pitches, or answers client’s questions • Maintain client email and contact database • Creating/updating presentation files or sales support materials • Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes • Office and clerical works • Perform task/s which may be necessary for the benefits of the company
