Respond to incoming customer calls and e mails and answer questions about products and services Assist Sales Coordinators to process sales quotations , sales orders and delivery orders .Assist in keeping track and keying in data for online sales enquiries and order request.Assist in keying in data of stock movement and and stock inventory Assist in logging all conatcts into our customer database system accurtely . Working experience in similair position will be an advantage but not a prerequisite as training will be provided .Computer literacy with tertiary education is required .Pleasant personality and able to work together as a team .
