Position : Sales Executive
Company expected candidate who can follow workflow as below :
Daily - Approach customer
- Follow up potential customer
- Submit daily sales report (Yesterday Sales Lead)
Weekly - Achieve weekly target set by management
- Submit weekly report (Total lead, Follow up lead, Customer grouping)
Monthly - Number of lead,
- Planning sales target for next month
1) Must be able to hit weekly target set by management
2) Need to do daily follow up customer
3) Able to submit report before deadline
4) Know how to use computer
5) Have knowledge in using CRM System
6) Have good communication skills in order to make a good relationship with customer
7) Able to identify customer needs
8) Know how to match customer needs with Ella Furniture’s product
9) Know how to manage time (punctuality is a MUST)
10) Must be committed and proactive towards job responsibility
11) Manage to work well under pressure
