MARKETING ASSITANT
Responsibilities:
· Specifically handling FMCG brands (dairy, dry, non-food)
· Manage & Monitoring of A&P budgets within the plan.
· Stock Inventory Management – Responsible for the monitoring of out of stock / over stock of brands assigned & managing the growth and profitability of the brands.
· Stock Planning & Promotion – Initiates of pipelining of products, determines market viability and conducting market research.
· Trade letter & Coordination with Sales team
· Brand Proposal Preparation – In charge of overall communication, presenting marketing programs, proposal & marketing budget to principals & sales team.
· Analyzing of overall brand performance and provide solutions and strategies, to attain sales volume, market share and profit objectives
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of sales & marketing experience in the FMCG/Consumer industry.
· With excellent communication both written & oral, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
· Possesses high level of integrity and determination.
