Always Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries on products and services (call-in, walk-in, and other communication channel)
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints (if any)
Coordinate with Sales Consultant in follow up customers after consultation.
After sales support & administrative work (e.g.: scheduling for site survey, installation, process of required documents such as Delivery Order Note, Invoicing, Goods Returned Request and filing)
Support and attend company’s annual events (major exhibitions, warehouse sales)
To achieve department monthly KPI
Any ad-hoc task from Superior
