Description:
  • Always Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries on products and services (call-in, walk-in, and other communication channel)
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints (if any)
  • Coordinate with Sales Consultant in follow up customers after consultation.
  • After sales support & administrative work (e.g.: scheduling for site survey, installation, process of required documents such as Delivery Order Note, Invoicing, Goods Returned Request and filing)
  • Support and attend company’s annual events (major exhibitions, warehouse sales)
    To achieve department monthly KPI
  • Any ad-hoc task from Superior
