To focus on developing key provision and traditional foodservice outlets.
To influence the daily actions, of the Distributors sales team, as they relate to product availability; order generation; and in outlet activation, within the assigned outlet.
To activate cooler placement plan (including cooler purity), securing additional in store display.
Merchandise the products according to the picture of success developed for key provision and traditional foodservice outlets.
To identify the opportunity and build on it resulting to generating incremental volume for the distributor sales team.
To work very closely with the distributor sales team to achieve agreed KPI (sales volume).
To assist to execute Every Dealer Survey to capture the relevant information within the assigned outlet, in building customer master list.
To visit and develop a given set of outlets and to ensure execution versus given availability, cooler, merchandising and activation standards
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Posses own transport as will be required to visit outlets on a daily basis.
