Job Summary :

Perform routine secretarial and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Job Description :

    Provide and handle all secretarial and administrative duties including prepare internal and external correspondences; letters, memos, minutes of meeting and other document as instructed by the Management.
    To provide smooth and efficient administration support for all departments to cope with the business needs.
    Handling visitors, logistic arrangement/correspondence, i.e. air ticket, meeting, hotel, Conference Room usage, etc.
    Manage and arrange work schedule.
    Undertake special ad-hoc assignments as and when needed.

Qualification & Requirement :

    At least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent
    Good command in English
    At least 1 year of working experience in secretarial post
