Description:

Eligible candidate will be required to be involved in project coordination activities which include preparation of quotation, profit analysis, liaison with customers and assisting in project team in sales and marketing activities. Must be well verse in Ms Office products. Ready to act as management assistant on ad hoc assignments.

Other job requirements include:-

a) Updating project status and follow up with relevant customers;

b) Coordinate with supplier to arrange for product samples and mock up units.

c) Assist in attendance for tender interview with Management only when necessary.

d) Ensure that products sent to site for sample viewing are in condition required. (Training will be provided)

e) Coordinate with other departments and principal factory in terms of logistics supply of requested products.

f) Basic analysis of margin for individual project (training will be provided)
