Remote Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Perform outbound telesales services at all times strictly only to new/prospective and/or existing customers’ database provided or own for your calling

2. Perform outbound sales call activities without misrepresentation of services offered and nor in any way whatsoever disparage or otherwise bring the Company’s services to any disrepute;

3. Ensure excellent service is delivered; customer satisfaction and loyalty are achieved. Provide personal and courteous attention to customer;

4. Must be able to use & follow the calling script provided.

5. Follow up with customers promptly in order to obtain necessary documents to support and comply to sales documentation process so as to facilitate sales close effectively and on a timely basis

Requirements

· Minimally must possess SPM qualification

· Fresh grades are encouraged to apply as training will be provided

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Possess your own computer with window office applications

· Remuneration will be based on monthly sales achievement Part-time hours: 48 per week
