We are a consultancy firm specialized in Malaysia Immigration related passes including Employment Pass, Malaysia My Second Home Visa, and related services.
· Oversee all aspects of immigration services to ensure all the applications run smoothly.
· Review documents & provide detailed checklist.
· Advise pending documents & update checklist accordingly.
· *Generate letters and relevant forms for immigration use.
· Make amendment based on client’s requirement.
· *Ensure all information / documents provided by client is accurate and correct, prepare necessary documents for submission use.
· *Input accurate details into ESD / MDEC system (or related).
· Make inquiry to the related government agency.
· Daily update of case status into Trello board / cards.
· Provide accounting and clerical support.
· Any other task assigned by the Management.
· Eager learner, highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a responsible and efficient manner.
· Attention to details and precision needed.
· Possess good organization and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft (Word & Excel) is required.
