Job Description:

- Assist Manager in organizing, planning, and leading a team.

- Ensure company objectives are achieved and met by employees.

- Leading team with guidance of Manager.

- Generating reports and presenting information to upper- level management

- To support and handle inbound and outbound calls.

- Assist and guide Clients to manage their business.

- Identifying and assessing client needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Resolve Clients problem and complaint.

- Keep records of clients process accurately and efficiently.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
