Description:

Adminstration and accounting for property management. To do proper recording, organising and proper filing for documents. To process daily collection;issue payment receipts for service charges; to key in data into accounting system (Advelsoft) daily. To answer phone calls and queries from residents; to receive complaints and try to resolve issues as soon as possible.To have a pleasant personality; friendy; be punctual for work and disciplined.To have good communication skills; able to interact with the public and is polite. Working hours is from 9am to 5pm. Five and a half days week work.
