Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of account and finance documents such as invoices, credit notes, receipts, receivables and payables.
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Report on financial projections, such as cash flow
  • HR matters such as contracts preparation and HR reports such as Annual Leave
  • Payroll processes 
  • Tax and government related administration matters such as license application and maintenance
  • Course setup and student registration matters

 

Requirement:

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with MYOB accounting software
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organization skills
  • Confidentiality
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
