JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Hire and supervise customer service representatives and service manager.
2) Enforce regulations and oversee security measures.
3) Monitor staff activities, reviewing reports and managing levels.
4) Work to gain and retain customers by maintaining high standard of customer service.
5) Communication with corporate about news, new developments, changing regulations and
other related business information.
6) Fulfill duties to gain and retain customers, by heeding to the highest standards of customer
7) Contributing to the team in order to accomplish and achieve the result and team work.

1) Malaysian/Local candidate ony.
2) Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
3) At least has 1 year experience in office management.
4) Good in communication skills.
