*Job Description* 

Office in KL City Centre
Assist with daily operation tasks.

General clerical duties.
Basic book-keeping & filing.

Receiving general phone calls.

Planning & scheduling of office tasks.

Maintaining daily stock & expenses reports.

Maintain & report the inventories of office supplies.

Running of daily errands.

Maintain staff 
attendance record.

 *Job Requirements* 
-Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in related discipline

-Female/ Fresh graduates are encourage

-Good communication skills in ENGLISH/BAHASA/MANDARIN (Advantage)

-Able to work independently with minimum supervision

-Computer literate in MS word & excel

-Willing to learn & independent

-Able to work immediately are most welcome

Contract Basis
