We are currently looking for a Medical HR-Administrator that is willingly to manage HR and administration role in the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain personnel records.
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in HR Medical Administration is a must (Public/Private Sector).
  • Managing HR documents.
  • Creative in handling Social Media Management
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, SOCSO, KWSP and ensure legal compliance.
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
  • Revise company policies.
  • Update internal database.(record sick and maternity leave)
  • Participate in HR projects.

Anyone with any experience working within healthcare administration and clinical setting in the hospital is preferable.
