1. a. Customer Service Executive for COC / SOC
- Handling shipping inquiries
- Handling bookings between customers and carriers
- Shipping rates profiling and updating
- Coordination on shipping activities
- To attend to customers' inquiry and provide timely support whenever required
b. Documentation Executive
- Responsible to prepare B/L, Overseeing documentation department
- Information updating
- Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers
c. Forwarding Executive
. Responsible to prepare declaration for K1/K2/K3/ZB1/ZB2/ZB4 and related import export shipment
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience. Knowledge and working experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding / shipping documentation would be added advantage.
- Customer oriented, mature and able to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately will be advantage.
