- Provides continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat and email related to the product.
- Employ high level of interpersonal and communication skills while solving customer’s issues.
- Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer’s enquiries.
- Processes and manages orders or cases via support systems and portals.
- Excellent English communication skills (Need to cater UK/US/AUS customers)
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Nusajaya.
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Salary : Basic RM2500 + Allowances
