Personal Assistant Responsibilities 
1. Client admin management 

2. Accounts and payments 

3. Filing and documentation 

4. Corresponding and coordinating with head office 

5. Gifts arrangements

6. Meetings and event management 

 

5 Day week / Mon - Fri (9-6PM)

14 days annual leave

REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Disciplined and Meticulous
- Proficient in MS/EXCEL/PWP
- Photo/Picture editing skills would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Min. A level
- Only Singaporeans

- Good canva skills would be an advantage but not necessary.
