【Requirements:】

·      At least Diploma qualification

·      Proficient in Mandarin & English (Both spoken and written)

·      At least 1 years and above experience in call center/ customer service

·      Fresh graduate who possess good communication skills is welcome to apply

·      Able to work 8am to 9pm (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break) 

·      Able to work on 5 working rotational days including weekend & public holiday

·      Must have no issues to work at Petaling Jaya office

·      Able to in immediately (Intake date: 7th October 2020)

 

【Responsibilities:】

·      To handle inbound calls and email regarding issues of homecare, health and beauty products.

·      To meet customer's expectation in terms of customer service & information accuracy.

·      Ensure customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases.

·      Provide information to customers regarding company product and warranty claims
