Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot system, network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
  2.  Maintain IT related documentation.
  3. Manage support cases to ensure issues are comprehensively recorded, tracked, resolved and follow-ups are done in a timely manner.
  4.  Install, upgrade, support for IT Resources including areas such as computer hardware, operating systems, applications and any other equipment.
  5. Administer and manage asset management records and IT Resources.

 

 

Requirement:

  1. Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent.
  2. At least 1-2 years’ experience in Computer/Network/Electronic/Electrical engineering
  3. Basic networking skill preferably able to setup and troubleshoot
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
  5. Hands-on experience with computer networks & network installation
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, or Project Management.
  7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
