- Acting as the administrative point of contact with internal and external clients.
- Able to coordinate/guide/perform work arrangement.
- Providing administrative support such as answering phones, general office management, etc.
- Multi-tasking on a variety of clerical works.
- Alert and responsive to Whatsapps and email.
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as assigned.
- High school certificate and above.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Posses driving licence will be an advantage.
- Good time management skill and able to work under pressure
