​​​​​Admin Clerk’s Responsibilities 

  • Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: Copies data and compiles records and reports; Data entry.
  • Key in invoices
  • Tabulates and posts data in record books.
  • Computes wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments
  • May keep books.
  • May purchase supplies.


Account Clerk’s Responsibilties 

  • Bookkeeping and general accounting
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
  • Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
  • Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
  • Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
  • Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
